Denteck App

The product: 

Denteck is an application that allows users to easily locate available dentists near them. The user can book or cancel an appointment while earning points to redeem for offers during their visit.

Project duration:

November 2021 to January 2022.

The problem: 

Users with busy lifestyles lack the time necessary for researching dental offices and calling to book an appointment.

The goal: 

Design an app that allows users to book and cancel appointments with ease.

My role: 

UX/UI Designer from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities: 

Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.

What I learned:

While designing Denteck’s app, I learned that the first ideas for the app are only the beginning of the process. Usability studies and peer feedback influenced each iteration of the app’s designs.
